ANÁLISIS BIOINFORMÁTICO DE LA REGULACIÓN DE MICRO RNA Y mRNA EN CÉLULAS MONONUCLEARES EN SANGRE PERIFÉRICA DE PACIENTES CON EPOC

Se realizó un análisis mediante MICROARRAY de la expresión de miRNA y ARNm en PBMC de personas con enfermedad pulmonar obstructiva crónica y se comparó sus perfiles de expresión con fumadores sin limitación de flujo aereo.

Se uso:

• Agilent Human Gene Expression Microarray 4.0

¿Cómo?

• Se aislaron células mononucleares de sangre periférica  a partir de sangre venosa  por centrifugación.
• Integridad por electroforesis.
